• Rosemount Approves North Wind Aerospace Campus (southmetroscoop.com) — Rosemount’s City Council has unanimously approved the first phase of North Wind Test’s aerospace and hypersonic research campus on UMore land south of Meta’s data center, clearing the way for grading and foundation work. The project brings a tall wind-tunnel facility, new public road access, and a park fee payment, with the developer covering cleanup and power infrastructure costs rather than Rosemount residents. 
• Rosemount Hires RJM for Indoor Ice (southmetroscoop.com) — Rosemount has hired RJM Construction as construction manager at risk for its planned two-sheet indoor ice complex, marking the city’s first use of this project delivery method. The move kicks off a broader round of public updates and open houses on major park, facility, and street projects residents will soon see around town.
