Country Inn and Suites in Roseville was awarded the 2012 Country Inns & Suites President's Award at the annual business conference at Fontainebleau, Miami Beach last week.

Congratulations to the Country Inn & Suites in Roseville that was awarded the 2012 Country Inns & Suites President’s Award at the annual business conference at Fontainebleau, Miami Beach last week. General Manager Chuck Brickson was on hand to receive it.

The President's Award is given to hotels that excelled in property quality and cleanliness, property management, marketing and sales, leveraging the revenue generating tools of the brand and delivering total guest satisfaction.

Assistant General Manger Lisa Tschida stated, “One of the criteria for winning the President’s award is by maintaining a 9.0 percent average score, out of 10, on customer satisfaction comment cards. We were one of 10 Country Inn and Suites in Minnesota to receive the award. “

She also added with considerable pride, “We would not have won this award without the fantastic staff that we have.”

Part of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the world’s largest and most dynamic hotel groups, Country Inns & Suites by CarlsonSM also unveiled a new logo in keeping with the new brand identity and new generation hotel prototype. According to their press release they have partnered with celebrity interior designer Genevieve Gorder who hosts the HGTV shows “Dear Genevieve”, “Design Star” and her upcoming show “Genevieve’s Renovation.”

While the brand has seen consistent upgrades and regular renovation cycles, this is the first time in its 25-year history that it has been completely redesigned to include a new architecture, interior aesthetic and visual identity, including logo. The new Country Inns & Suites logo has been reinterpreted to evoke a more modern and sophisticated image.
