Join us as we attempt to set the record for the 'Largest Mobile Phone Gaming Party'

Be part of the fun as the Roseville Visitors Association attempts to break a Guinness World Record on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Guidant John Rose Minnesota Oval.

Officially we are going for the ‘LARGEST MOBILE PHONE GAMING PARTY’ which, by Guinness definition is: This record is for the greatest number of people playing games on mobile phones at a single venue.

So if you own a mobile phone and have downloaded a game onit – YOU can join us in our record attempt! Any game will do - Angry Birds™,
Words with Friends, Tetris, Scrabble, etc. The record, set in April of 2011 in
the U.K. currently stands at 316 people, but we are looking to blow that out of
the water with 3,000!

We encourage you to bring your friends, dress in your favorite
game attire and get ready to be part of a world record!

We are making it really easy for you to participate by providing Complimentary Shuttle Service to and from Guidant John Rose OVAL. Park your vehicle at one of the following locations and board a bus to the Guidant John Rose MN OVAL:

*Minnesota State Fairgrounds – West Como Parking Lot

*Roseville Park & Ride- I-35W & Co. Rd. C (east of I-35W at

If you don't have a mobile phone Minnesota Computers from
Schools will provide laptops downloaded with Angry Birds for you to play. OR
you might like to volunteer – we are looking for more and it is going to be

We will have food trucks from Tot Boss, Twisted Sister House
of Hunger and Neato’s food truck along with other vendors.

The official Guinness World Record™ count starts at noon.
