Easing Chronic Pain: Strategies for Relief Seminar

Join the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota at the Roseville Library on July 30 for a free seminar to learn strategies to manage chronic pain.

Chronic pain is a common symptom of lupus and other chronic conditions, and is often debilitating. During this free seminar offered by the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota, join clinical nurse specialist Mary Beshara as she focuses on why we feel pain, describes how it travels through the body, and offers different strategies to manage it, such as reflexology, breath work, and relaxation techniques.

This event is free, but pre-registration is required.

About the Presenter

Mary Beshara is a board-certified clinical nurse specialist in adult health and pain management and has a certification in holistic modalities. She practices at the Penny George Institute of Health and Healing where she partners with patients to develop health care plans to achieve and maintain optimal wellness through integrative approaches, including reflexology, breath work, and relaxation techniques.
