Eye-opening reasons for project failures!

Every project always have a manager who look after the things from start till the completion of the assignment, the familiar the manager is with staff members; this will go more easy and organized because of below mentioned reasons.

Inappropriate use of Staff Skills:

Sometime we observe when projects falls all responsibility comes to the manager, though he is not the only one involved in the process. But yes! It is his fault because normally the main reason of project failing is inappropriate use of staff skills.

Manager should know each staff member and his/ her abilities and it is wise to use them in their skilled area of expertise.

It is very simple, you know some who can work good with the front desk things and dealing with clients and on other hand there is shy person who don’t appreciates client relation things and want to be a part of back up work.

But even after knowing their capability if manager is using people on opposite jobs than it is completely his fault.

Not solving problems right away:

When you observe that there is some kind of mistake, it is better to work on it right away before going forward with this problem as it will complicate the issue. Ignoring never helps it make situation more difficult to handle.

Approving all client requests:

Manager should never say yes to all client requirement, he must understand the limits of his crew and should convince the client on available resource. Committing services and then expecting the results from crew make it difficult for the staff to keep up.

It also creates negativity between staff and manager, so it is better to support you crew where you know they are right.
