Want to spice up your table this Fall? Elen Swenson, local cook and gardener, will show you how!
Join us on Saturday, October 3 from 10:30 am - noon at the Roseville Library to learn how to safely create full-bodied flavored oil, honey, and vinegar. Imagine a delicate honey/sage or honey/ginger combination, a flavorful oil and vinegar salad dressing with hints of garlic, or a delicious garlic-infused dipping sauce. Elen, always generous with tasting samples and handouts, will make sure you leave knowing how to make your own mouth-watering creations!
