Flex Officing in Roseville

My colleague Shannon Hirstein and I were invited to the grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony for Regus on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Located in the former Bonestroo Building, the Roseville Regus is part of a global organization offering a variety of flexible office space giving single or small business owner a professional working environment at a fixed monthly rent with none of the overhead costs of ownership. Regus, founded in Brussels, has more than 1500 business centre’s across some 600 cities.

The concept is perfect for single and small business owners who may not be able to afford the overhead of owning, simply don’t want too or are not about to enter into long term leases. This type of flex office approach allows the business to choose an office size and office packages from furniture to phone to computer. Plus all are equipped with conference rooms complete with AV, printing/copier services and a communal kitchen area and lounge. Every building has a general manger and a concierge/receptionist who will greet customers, clients and visitors as well as handle incoming phone calls and mail.    

The Roseville offices have some great window views, the décor is stylish and General Manager Andrew ‘Andy’ Voorhees, is eager to ensure all clients are 110% satisfied with their working space

The other neat option about being part of Regus that we found really interesting was that Regus clients have keycard access to every one of the 1,500 business centers around the world. This means anytime you are in an area with a Regus location you have free use of the lounge and communal areas along with discounted pricing on office space for a day, a week or however long you need! That’s flex at its finest!
