• Public Hearing on the CDBG Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) (ramseycountymn.gov) — Ramsey County is holding a public hearing on the CDBG Citizen Participation Plan at the Roseville Library on Sept. 17 from 5:30–6:30 p.m., giving residents a chance to weigh in on local funding priorities. You can also submit comments by email, phone, mail, or in alternative formats through Oct. 13. This is a key opportunity for Roseville neighbors to speak up about community development needs. 
• Helping parents, students navigate the financial cost of college as sticker prices keep rising (kstp.com) — Roseville High School college navigator Nyesha Brown is urging local families to start talking early about how they'll pay for college and to complete the FAFSA even if they doubt they'll qualify. She recommends comparing real costs beyond the sticker price and considering two-year colleges if four-year tuition is too steep. Her tips aim to help Roseville students make smarter, more affordable choices.
