Roseville Moms On The Run

Come and join us for our fall session at Roseville Moms On The Run!  Registration is NOW OPEN!  Enhance your 5K performance or ease your way into running. Our fall session provides a way to do both. The out and back interval format helps no one feel left behind. You can walk or run depending on your fitness level. This 50 minute class provides total body strength and toning, cardio intervals and flexibility. Fall is all about focusing on building strength, maximizing the fat burn, and achieving a higher level of fitness!! Find accountability, new friends, and LOTS of fun.
