Thinking of Buying a Home?

FREE workshop for first-time home buyers - November 12 at 7 pm at the Ramsey County Library in Roseville

Learn the basics about how to become a successful homeowner. This FREE workshop will provide a basic overview of the home buying process from start to finish, including information on first time home buyer mortgage loans and down payment assistance in Minnesota. The Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) has partnered with the Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA) to offer this workshop. The presenter, Nataly Sanchez, is a Certified Housing Counselor at the NeDA who delivers individualized & focused housing information to those seeking to purchase a home for the first time. Be informed, be prepared, and then buy. NeDA will show you how.
