With Sienna Green Project Near Completion, More Affordable Housing Comes to Roseville

Nearly 50 units of new multi-family affordable housing will open to the public as soon as August when construction of a new building is finished at Sienna Green, an apartment complex located near the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Highway 36 close to the Rosedale Center mall.

Sienna Green, located near the intersection of Snelling and Highway 36 close to the Rosedale Center mall, currently offers only one-bedroom apartments, but the new building will contain 30 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom apartments.

The Roseville Council , waiving some property taxes during construction under the belief that they’ll be recouped after the project’s completion.

Aeon, the site’s developer, will host a Grand Opening ceremony for the new apartment building at 11:30 a.m. July 24 at the complex’s 2275 Snelling Ave. location.
