2 MN State Senators Involved In Snowmobile Crash
Sen. John Jasinski was hospitalized with several injuries, while Sen. Mark Johnson was uninjured, according to separate statements.
ST PAUL, MN — Two Minnesota state senators were involved and one injured in a snowmobile crash on Friday in Morrison County.
Sen. John Jasinski and Sen. Mark Johnson were driving snowmobiles on a trail in Scandia Valley Township when Johnson rear ended Jasinski, according to the Morrison County Sheriff's Office.
Jasinski was taken by helicopter to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, where he was treated for three broken ribs, a broken pelvis and broken L5 vertebrae, and he is expected to make a full recovery, he said in a statement.

Johnson was uninjured and is working at the Capitol on Monday, he said in a separate statement.
