ST. PAUL, MN — A Minnesota lawmaker decided to go shirtless while attending a public legislative meeting Monday morning.
During the final Legislative Audit Commission meeting of the session, Republican Sen. Calvin Bahr was seen voting "yes" over Zoom. For that brief moment, Bahr is seen shirtless, covered partially with a blanket.
