• Lime Scooter-Throwing Epidemic: Police Make Arrest In St. Paul (patch.com) — St. Paul residents are learning more about a string of Lime scooter vandalism incidents on the Wabasha Street bridge, where police say up to 100 scooters may have been tossed into the Mississippi River. A 39-year-old St. Paul man has been charged with felony property damage after Real Time Information Center video allegedly showed him throwing scooters off the bridge, and investigators are probing his possible connection to other missing scooters.
