• Man Charged With Pepper-Spraying Officer After Burglarizing The Gnome, Targeting The Lexington (patch.com) — Saint Paul readers learn that a 29-year-old local man is charged in two recent commercial burglaries, including a break-in at The Gnome Craft Pub and an attempted burglary at The Lexington. Police say he pepper-sprayed an officer and tried to grab a taser during the arrest, leading to six felony counts filed by the Ramsey County Attorney's Office.
