Ramsey County received an extra $3.75 million as a result of the mistake. Officials say refunds are on their way.

RAMSEY COUNTY, MN — A total of 678 businesses and residents were double billed by Ramsey County for their property taxes. Officials blamed the county's electronic payment vendor for the mistake.
