1. Sartell Reminds Residents of E-Bike and Scooter Safety (kvsc.org) — Sartell Public Safety is urging residents to brush up on e-bike and scooter rules as more riders hit the streets this summer. Officials especially stress that Minnesota law requires helmets for riders under 18 on electric scooters and encourage parents to talk with kids about safe, responsible riding around town.
   

2. Teen hurt in two-car crash at Holding Township intersection (knsiradio.com) — A 16-year-old girl from Sartell driving a Buick was involved in a two-car crash Friday evening at the County Road 17 and County Road 3 intersection in Holding Township. A 15-year-old Albany passenger in her car, who wasn’t wearing a seat belt, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to CentraCare–St. Cloud Hospital. Authorities say County Road 17 traffic has no stop signs at that intersection.
   

3. Five arrested in bust totaling 18 pounds of methamphetamine (stcloudlive.com) — Sartell residents should know their local police department helped lead a major Central Minnesota drug investigation that seized over 18 pounds of meth and led to five arrests. The Central Minnesota Violent Offenders Task Force, which includes Sartell and St. Cloud police plus several county sheriff’s offices, says the group was distributing large quantities of meth across the region. Charges include high-level possession, sale, and conspiracy.
   

4. CeCe Winans Joins Star-Studded Lineup At Minnesota State Fair (kdhlradio.com) — CeCe Winans will headline a special Labor Day afternoon show at the 2026 Minnesota State Fair, joining a packed grandstand lineup. Photo galleries from the 2025 fair highlight Sartell’s own Miss Sartell and Sartell Royalty appearing in daily parades, giving local residents a look back at how their community was represented on the fairgrounds.
