• Minnesota District Starts Construction on Early Childhood Learning Center -- Spaces4Learning (spaces4learning.com) — Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools have started building a $37.77 million Early Childhood Learning Center and an $18.1 million outdoor activities complex right behind Sauk Rapids-Rice High School, with both slated to open in fall 2027. The new center will replace the Hillside building to improve accessibility, safety, and playgrounds, while the complex adds turf fields, track facilities, softball space, and upgraded concessions and restrooms.
