Pawsitive Perspectives Assistance Dogs (PawPADs) of Savage is featured in the Partner Spotlight on the Real Warriors Campaign website (http://www.realwarriors.net/partner) this month. As part of its Paw Corps program, PawPADs works with veterans who have PTSD and also places assistance dogs with veterans for free.
The Real Warriors Campaign is an initiative launched by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) to promote the processes of building resilience, facilitating recovery and supporting reintegration of returning service members, veterans and their families.
