Audition for unique acting opportunities this summer

Auditions are being held Sunday, June 9 from 4:45 to 7 p.m. at the Shakopee Public Library for a production of The Incompatibles directed by Dmitri Gerasimenko of Dances on High Theatre. Callbacks are the same evening from 8 to 9 p.m. Actors are being sought for four females between the ages of 20 – 50 and one male between 20 - 30. No appointment for auditions is necessary. Cold script readings will be on a first come, first served basis. Rehearsals will begin July 2 with some flexibility in early scheduling. Auditions are in the first floor conference room of the library at 235 Lewis Street, Shakopee. The four performances of this production are scheduled for the weekends of August 17 and 24. The production is based on one-act comedy plays by Ferenc Molnar, Horace Holley, Colin Campbell Clements, Arnold Bennett and Percival Wilde.
