This 3-hour workshop uses a classroom setting and experienced presenters to cover the basics of using Quickbooks and many of its' key features. The instructor uses both the QB program, PowerPoint slides and handouts to demonstrate:
- Setup and the Company file
- Chart of Accounts and various lists tied into a Business Plan
- Handling of customers and sales
- Vendors and purchases
- Banking, deposits and credit card payments
- Financial statements and a few of the reports
- Journal entries and questions allow.
- General discussion about Financial Ratios and reading statements
- QuickBooks New PC Version 2013
