Lake Washington Partners, a real estate services company based in Issaquah, WA, announces the official opening of its new distribution building in Shakopee, MN. The grand opening will be recognized at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, April 18, at the 3700 4th Ave East location and you are invited!
The project, one of the larger footprint buildings constructed in Minnesota in recent years, originally broke ground in May 2012. The building is designed as warehousing and distribution center space and currently houses new business, SanMar.
"We’re delighted to open this state-of-the-art building here in Shakopee," says Jordan Lott, President of Lake Washington Partners. "We’ve really felt welcomed by the city and business community in getting this project completed on-time and open for tenants."
