Noise complaints rock a smooth first season at Twin Cities amphitheater (thederrick.com) — Mystic Lake Amphitheater's first concert season brought big-name acts and major crowds to Shakopee, but also a surge in noise complaints that city officials are now working with Live Nation to fix before 2027. Shakopee's mayor and council members say they're exploring sound sensors and other tweaks while keeping the 11 p.m. curfew, even as nearby businesses enjoy strong concert-night sales.
