3K run/obstacle course on site at St Francis Regional Medical Center. This will be the 1st annual St Francis SuperHero Dash. We will have a 3K timed event, a free shortened kids race (12 and under). a super hero costume contest and wellness fair with food and refreshments. This is a family friendly event, yet challenging.
