In Minnesota, there are at least three seats in the U.S. House that may flip to the other party.

MINNESOTA — Campaign season is heating up with only six weeks until the Nov. 3 general election. In Minnesota, it currently looks as though there are at least three seats in the U.S. House that may flip to the other party.
The Cook Political Report has rated the following three races as being competitive:
Hous races
Minnesota's seventh congressional district: Democratic Rep. Collin Peterson vs. Republican Michelle Fischbach

Minnesota's second congressional district: Democratic Rep. Angie Craig vs. Republican Tyler Kistner

Senate race
Recent polls show that Sen. Tina Smith is now leading Republican challenger Jason Lewis. Real Clear Politics downgraded the race from "tossup" to now "leans Dem."

Minnesota's early voting period began Friday.
Friday was the first day to vote early in Minnesota. Ballots are now being mailed out to voters who requested them. Residents can also vote early in person if they choose.
