4 Billboards Seek Answers On Missing TV Anchor From Minnesota

The Long Prairie, Minnesota native missed work at KIMT-TV in Mason City, Iowa on June 27, 1995, and hasn't been seen since.

A new billboard campaign — reminiscent of the one depicted in the 2017 Oscar-winning film, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri — seeks clues in Jodi Huisentruit's unsolved disappearance in Mason City, Iowa.

The Long Prairie, Minnesota native worked as an anchor on KIMT-TV. On June 27, 1995, weeks after her 27th birthday, she didn't show up for the 6 a.m. broadcast and hasn't been seen since.

Authorities believe Huisentruit was abducted from the parking lot of her apartment complex. Her body was never been found, and there are few clues showing what happened.
