Betty Whiteout, Scoop Dogg Among MN 'Name A Snowplow' Contest

MINNEAPOLIS — "Plowy McPlowFace" is no longer the only Minnesota snowplow with an official name. Betty Whiteout, Scoop Dogg, and The Big Leplowski are among the winners of the state Department of Transportation's second "name a snowplow" contest.

The names were voted on by 60,000 people.
