Big Ten Tournament: Minnesota Gophers Vs. Purdue Boilermakers

CHICAGO — The Minnesota Gophers were trailing for most the game against Penn State in the Big Ten Tournament Thursday, but they came back when it mattered most. Minnesota tied it up at the end of the fourth quarter to send the game into overtime, and ultimately came out on top, 77-72.

With Thursday's win, the Gophers are a lock to make the NCAA tournament.

For now, Minnesota will face the Purdue Boilermakers in round three of the Big Ten Tournament. The Gophers lost to Purdue in February, but beat the No. 11 ranked team last week.
