Boston Fans Praise Minnesotans For Supporting Jaylen Brown

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Some things are just bigger than sports. When the Boston Celtics' Jaylen Brown suffered a frightening fall in Thursday night's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the crowd at Target Center gasped in horror before falling silent.
After going up for a dunk, Brown landed hard on his back and head.
"He's concussed," TNT announcer Kevin Harlan said immediately. "When they have that look," he added, referencing Brown's glazed eyes.

Target Center remained quiet until Brown was eventually able to get up and walk to the locker room on his own. The entire crowd then cheered and gave him a standing ovation.

The Celtics announced Friday that Brown will be out indefinitely and is currently in concussion protocol.
