ERBERT & GERBERT'S KICKS OFF SUMMER 2015 CHARITY EVENT

From July 6 until July 31 Guests Can Receive Up to $10 in Comet Cash for their Donations

Erbert & Gerbert’s has made a name for itself by pleasing palates with its array of delicious sandwiches, soups, chilies and sides. But starting Monday, July 6 and running through Friday, July 31 the popular sandwich shops located in Minneapolis will be giving back in a different way through its charitable contributions to JDRF and the Special Olympics. For every dollar customers donate up to $10, they can receive an equivalent amount in Comet Cash good for any menu item.

Continuing what has become an annual tradition for Erbert & Gerbert’s, locations throughout the country will make contributions to the charity of their choice, with beneficiaries including JDRF, Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics. The shop’s contributions, said Eric Wolfe, president and CEO of Erbert & Gerbert’s, demonstrates its continued efforts to support those who have made the sandwich shop famous.

“We always say that the only thing better than making sandwiches is making a difference,” said Wolfe. “Erbert & Gerbert’s makes people happy with the food we make, but we know that’s not enough. We’re proud to contribute to communities throughout the country and to benefit our customers who contribute as well.”
