Industry Leasing Veteran Joins Tri-Land Properties In Minneapolis As Vice President

Westmont, Ill-based (Chicago) Tri-Land Properties, Inc., a full-service real estate company specializing in developing, redeveloping and managing grocery-anchored community centers throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the country announced today that Paul Sevenich has joined the company as vice president of leasing. Tri-Land President Richard Dube made the announcement.

Sevenich will be concentrating his efforts specifically in the Minneapolis, Atlanta and Kansas City markets.”

Sevenich, who has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years, has experience in retail real estate development and redevelopment, acquisitions, retail center positioning, value enhanced leasing, merchandising strategies and financial analysis of the Midwest and the South. During that time, he has worked for an impressive list of regional and national leasing and development companies including CSM Corporation, Kraus–Anderson, CBL & Associates and General Growth.

Sevenich, who is also a licensed real estate broker in MN & WI, holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. He has been awarded multiple certifications including Certified Investment Member (CCIM), Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM) and Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS). Sevenich has served as the MN/ND/SD state director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), President of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and a member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange (MCPE) and The Caring Tree.
