Interested in yoga?

The physical practice of yoga not only keeps our physical body healthy but also creates an environment that brings about our natural thinking tendencies such as: judgment, competition, run-away ego or tying our mood to our ability or circumstances around us. Becoming aware of our thought processes (good or bad) is the first step in changing them. During these poses, we can become aware of things that could be improved and make that improvement. For example: becoming more kind, accepting, loving, grateful or peaceful.
