Isaiah Thomas Fined For Clotheslining Wolves' Andrew Wiggins

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Isaiah Thomas has been fined $20,000 for striking Minnesota Timberwolves forward Andrew Wiggins in the neck, the NBA announced. Thomas was penalized with a flagrant foul two and was ejected with 6:47 remaining in the third quarter of Monday's game.
Thomas apologized to Wiggins on the court and said after the game the hit was unintentional. The Timberwolves beat the Cavaliers 127-99 at the Target Center.
The Wolves host the Oklahoma City Thunder Wednesday. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. Fans can watch on Fox Sports North or ESPN, or listen at 830 WCCO.
