- Libraries are closed
- No city of Minneapolis garbage and recycling pickup on Sept. 6
- Pickup will be delayed by one day for residents
- Minneapolis 311 services are closed
- Solid Waste & Recycling customer service office is closed
- City-owned parking meters are not enforced
- Privately-owned meters may still be enforced
