  • Banks are closed
  • Libraries are closed
  • No city of Minneapolis garbage and recycling pickup on Sept. 6
    • Pickup will be delayed by one day for residents
  • Minneapolis 311 services are closed
  • Solid Waste & Recycling customer service office is closed
  • City-owned parking meters are not enforced
    • Privately-owned meters may still be enforced
