Longtime Anchor Leaves KSTP-TV
"In the end we could not figure out a new role for me here," the former KSTP employee announced over social media.

Yet another veteran Twin Cities newscaster is leaving his station. "After nearly nine years I am walking out the doors on University Avenue in St. Paul this afternoon for the last time," Bill Lunn announced on his Facebook page last week.
"I have loved covering all things Minnesota. Leaving is bittersweet. In the end we could not figure out a new role for me here. "
Lunn spent most of his time at KSTP-TV behind the anchor desk during primetime, but was moved to a reporter role in October.

Today is my last day at @KSTP. Thanks for the wonderful memories and opportunity to cover the big stories over the years, and my favorite stories... the ones full of Minnesota flavor. Not sure what I'll do next, but praying on it. Thank you always for the wonderful support. pic.twitter.com/dJuZRC5J6W
