Minnesota Twins Schedule: Opening Day, Home Opener, April Games
The Minnesota Twins made it to the postseason in 2017, only to be eliminated by the New York Yankees. How far will they go in 2018?

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Get excited, baseball fans. The Major League Baseball season officially begins in less than a week. The Minnesota Twins will kick off the 2018 season with five games on the road.
Their first matchup is Thursday, March 29 at 2:05 p.m. against the Baltimore Orioles. Pitcher Jake Odorizzi — acquired by the Twins from the Tampa Bay Rays in February — will take the mound as the Twins' opening day starter.
Minnesota's home opener at Target Field is scheduled for 3:10 p.m. on Thursday, April 5 versus the Seattle Mariners.

Check out the full April schedule:
- The Twins finish up its three-game road series against Baltimore April 1
- The Pittsburgh Pirates host the Twins April 2 and April 4
- The Twins head back to Minnesota for three home games against the Seattle Mariners (April 5, 7-8)
- Three home games against Houston Astros (April 9-11)
- Four home games against the Chicago White Sox (April 12-15)
- The Twins will travel to Puerto Rico to play the Cleveland Indians at Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan (April 17-18)
- The Twins then head to Tampa Bay for a three-game series against the Rays (April 20-22)
- The New York Yankees host the twins for a four-game series in the Bronx
- The Twins host three games against the Cincinnati Reds (April 27-29)
- The Twins host three games against the Toronto Blue Jays (April 30 - May 2)
