Minnesota Vikings Have Made Their Decision On Case Keenum: Report
The Minnesota Vikings went 13–3 and made it to the NFC Championship game with QB Case Keenum at the helm.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Minnesota Vikings are not expected to put the franchise tag on QB Case Keenum, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports. The move signals the end of the Keenum era in Minnesota.
A franchise tag on Keenum would have kept him on the Vikings an additional year for around $23 million. Instead, the 30-year-old quarterback will become a free agent this offseason.
In March of 2017, Keenum signed with the Vikings for one year, $2 million. Regardless of where he plays next season, Keenum is expected to make significantly more after he led the Vikings to an impressive 13–3 record and the NFC Championship game.
