Minnesota Weather: More Chances For Snow In The Forecast

TWIN CITIES, MN — The Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport officially saw 5.5 inches of snow from Tuesday's winter storm. The National Weather Service says its Chanhassen office saw 4.8 inches of snow.

And it looks like there's chances for more snow in the forecast, including Thursday and Saturday.

Veterans Day: Sunny, with a high near 37. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly clear, with a low around 25. South southwest wind around 5 mph.

Thursday: A 50 percent chance of snow, mainly before 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 34. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 17. West northwest wind around 5 mph.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 33. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south southeast in the afternoon.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 27. South southeast wind around 10 mph.

Saturday: A chance of snow before 9am, then a chance of rain and snow between 9am and 1pm, then a chance of rain after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 41. South southeast wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Saturday Night: A slight chance of rain before 2am, then a slight chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33. South southeast wind around 5 mph becoming west southwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
