Minnesota's Lieutenant Governor Marries Ex-MPR Host
The former Minnesota Public Radio host and the second-highest elected official in the state were married this weekend.

TWIN CITIES, MN — The lieutenant governor of Minnesota has married a former host at Minnesota Public Radio. Peggy Flanagan announced the news Sunday over social media.
"Tom and I were married Saturday afternoon, in front of our family and friends,” she tweeted. "We’re over the moon and can’t wait to walk this journey together."

Tom Weber previously worked at MPR News for 10 years. In January, MPR removed Weber from his morning show role after he began his relationship with Flanagan, who was in the Minnesota House of Representatives at the time.
