TWIN CITIES, MN — Between 3 and 6 inches of snow will fall by Tuesday night in the Twin Cities, according to the National Weather Service.
"Snow will become more widespread this morning, with travel impacts expected across the region," the NWS said.

"Very cold wind chill values are expected for the remainder of the week," the NWS added.

"The lowest wind chill values will occur over west central and central Minnesota where readings could drop as low as -30F."
