MN Weather: How Warm Will It Get This Weekend?

TWIN CITIES, MN — Summer weather will make a brief return to the Twin Cities metro area this weekend, with a high of 75 degrees on Sunday.

The warm weather will also bring showers and thunderstorms Sunday night.

"Dry weather and a big warmup are expected into Sunday," the National Weather Service.

"A strong storm system is forecast to arrive late Sunday bringing a good chance of thunderstorms Sunday night and rain through Monday. Cooling temperatures are expected after the weekend."
