MN Weather: Labor Day Forecast
Here's what to expect for the long holiday weekend in Minnesota.

MINNEAPOLIS — Labor Day weekend in the Twin Cities will feature classic fall weather this year.
"Expect the sun to return on Saturday and stay with us for the long weekend," the National Weather Service said. "Also we will see a return to the 70s once the sun comes back out this weekend."

Friday: Drizzle, mainly before 10am. Areas of fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 64. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
Friday Night: Widespread fog, mainly between 2am and 3am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a steady temperature around 63. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Saturday: Areas of fog before 10am. Otherwise, cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 73. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Mostly clear, with a low around 57. West wind 5 to 10 mph.
Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 74. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 52. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable in the evening.
Labor Day: Sunny, with a high near 77. Light south southwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
Monday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1am, then a slight chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 61. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
