TWIN CITIES, MN — Residents in the Twin Cities can expect below-normal temperatures Tuesday, with storms overnight.
"Below normal temperatures will persist through Thursday, with rainy weather expected late Tuesday night into Wednesday night," the National Weather Service said. "Most locations could end up with over an inch of rain by Thursday."
