Warm Spring Weather On The Horizon: MN Weather

MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota will have a warmer-than-average spring, according to the latest three-month outlook from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

The forecast for most of Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, is leaning above normal for March through May 2022.

Meanwhile, Minnesota will experience a warmup for the end of February and into March.

Monday: Partly sunny, with a high near 37. East southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon.

Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 22. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Tuesday: A 30 percent chance of snow, mainly between 7am and 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 34. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming east southeast in the afternoon.

Tuesday Night: A slight chance of snow before 7pm, then a slight chance of snow after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 24. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming north after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Wednesday: A 20 percent chance of snow before 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 36. North northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of snow after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 21. North northeast wind around 10 mph.

Thursday: A 30 percent chance of snow, mainly between 7am and 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 32. East northeast wind around 10 mph.
