MN Weather: When Will Temperatures Rebound?
"Dangerously cold wind chills of 25 to 35 degrees below zero still expected," the National Weather Service said Thursday.

TWIN CITIES, MN — Bitter Arctic air will remain in Minnesota for a couple of more days.
"Dangerously cold wind chills of 25 to 35 degrees below zero still expected this morning across the area," the National Weather Service said Thursday.
"Be sure to dress in layers and cover exposed skin if venturing outdoors as frost bite can occur in as little as 10 to 20 minutes. Ensure outdoor animals have ways of avoiding the dangerously cold wind chills and bring pets indoors."

Temperatures will turn warmer this weekend, however.
Saturday's high will be near 32 degrees. Temperatures will remain relatively mild after that, with highs near 40 on Tuesday.

Friday: A 40 percent chance of snow, mainly before 9am. Partly sunny, with a high near 10. Wind chill values as low as -17. South southwest wind 5 to 15 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon.
Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around -6. Wind chill values as low as -18. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable.
