Stars On US Women's National Team Visit Minnesota State Fair

TWIN CITIES, MN — Ahead of their friendly match against Portugal in Saint Paul, three members of the United States Women's National Team visited the Great Minnesota Get-Together Saturday. The USWNT are stopping in Minnesota on the victory tour following their World Cup win this summer.
Midfielder Rose Lavelle uploaded a photo of herself and teammates Alex Morgan and Sam Mewis enjoying the fair. Lavelle's goal in the final against the Netherlands helped secure the United States' fourth World Cup title.

The USWNT will play Portugal at Allianz Field in Saint Paul on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
