Thrill the World Minneapolis 2015
Fun for everyone. Join us for the 7th year of the worldwide simultaneous zombie dance and Halloween activities.
Back for its 7th year, Thrill the World Minneapolis is set to give young and old Halloween lovers the chance to participate in an afternoon of fun, including a worldwide simultaneous dance of Thriller right in the heart of downtown Kenwood. Thrill the World is the ultimate Halloween-Style Block Party. Participants are encouraged to wear their best Halloween costume and join the world and this “flash mob” in a simultaneous dance to Michael Jackson’s Thriller when the clock strikes 5pm. The dance is open to all ages and physical ability levels.
Free dance classes are offered at the Kenwood Community Center in preparation for the event.

- Friday, October 23, 7-8:30pm

- performances from The Big Epic Show
- ART creation station
Thrill the World Minneapolis is hosted by beARTrageous and Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board, with support from the Kenwood Isles Area Association, the Lowry Hill Neighborhood Association and local businesses. Proceeds will benefit local non-profit, The Bridge for Youth, an emergency shelter for 10-17 year old youth. Participants are encouraged to bring spare change and dollars to donate to The Bridge for Youth and make a direct impact on the lives of children in our community.
