Timberwolves’ Jaden McDaniels Ruled Week-To-Week With Knee Injury

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Minnesota Timberwolves provided an injury update Monday on forward Jaden McDaniels, who is expected to miss time with a knee issue as the team pushes toward the playoffs.

An MRI conducted at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine revealed McDaniels is dealing with left knee patella tendinopathy along with a bone bruise, the team said. He will be listed as week-to-week.

The Timberwolves (45-29) currently sit fifth in the Western Conference and are set to face the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night.

Minnesota is tied in the standings with the Houston Rockets and remains in a tight race in the middle of the conference playoff picture.
