MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Minnesota had an off week to prepare for Colorado State and entered Saturday’s game brimming with confidence.
The Gophers beat Colorado 31 to 24 to go 3-0 on the year.
Among the highlights from the win was the show Minnesota Gophers defensive lineman Tai’yon Devers put on sacking Colorado quarterback Colin Hill. Devers' hit was so hard, Hill’s helmet came off.

The Gophers will play on the road against Penn State Saturday, Oct. 1, at 2:30 p.m. on the Big Ten Network (BTN) and BTN2. It will be the Gophers' first conference game of the year.
