• Thirteen cities share Anoka County HRA's approved tax levy (hometownsource.com) — Spring Lake Park homeowners could see a higher Anoka County HRA tax bill in 2027, as the board approved a preliminary levy increase tied to rising property values. Most of the added revenue is expected to flow back to participating cities, including Spring Lake Park, for housing, redevelopment, and economic development projects, with final approval set for December after a public hearing.
